9 Windows is a 2024 serial killer horror movie about a wheelchair-bound woman who witnesses a murder online. When the police dismiss it as a hoax, she takes matters into her own hands to find the killer.
Synopsis: On the day of her graduation, Liza’s life shatters when a truck plows into her family’s car. Eighteen months later, paralyzed and grieving the loss of her parents, she lives in isolation, plagued by guilt. She spends her days aimlessly trolling vloggers on a local site, a bitter escape from her reality. However, one night, a disturbing video surfaces – a man setting a dog on fire. Horrified, she reports it to the police, but Detective Boyle brushes it off as a minor offense. When more videos appear, each documenting savage murders, Boyle finally consults a retired FBI agent. As the body count rises, Liza realizes the killer is mimicking infamous serial killers. Her investigation leads to a shocking discovery – a reflection on a bloodied knife reveals the killer’s identity. However, now that she’s helped the police uncover the truth, she wonders – has she unwittingly placed herself in the crosshairs of the next sadistic act?
