Synopsis: When her parents are killed in an accident, April returns to her hometown to serve as a legal guardian for her irresponsible younger brother. As usual, April thrives in her career and her role as executor of the family estate. However, a tragic automobile accident turns her entire life upside down, and April is left in a coma. When April awakens from her coma, she finds a man by her bedside the entire time. As she faces many more months of recovery, April is forced to rely on a man whom she hardly knows for survival. Unsure if events are real or imagined, April turns to alcohol and pills.
