Tooth Fairy: Queen Of Pain is a 2022 slasher horror movie about a school trip spiraling into terror as an escaped mental patient, convinced he’s the tooth fairy, hunts children in a brutal, twisted rampage.
Synopsis: A notorious mental patient, infamous for his gruesome obsession with collecting and displaying the teeth of his victims, has managed to escape from the maximum-security asylum where he was imprisoned. Amidst the remote and foreboding peaks of a desolate mountain range, a group of unsuspecting teachers, on what was supposed to be a peaceful retreat, are about to face an unimaginable nightmare. As the darkness deepens, they realize too late that they are being hunted by a relentless predator, one by one, in a chilling game of survival. Their once tranquil escape has become a nightmarish ordeal, where every shadow could conceal a deadly threat, and every step could be their last.
