The Chapel (2023) ImageSynopsis: Emma is desperate to bridge the gap between the living and the dead, driven by a profound need to communicate with the spirit of a little girl who has been trapped inside a chapel for centuries. Her motives are deeply personal: she believes that by contacting the spirit, she can find a way to stay connected to her ailing mother after she passes away. Determined but inexperienced, Emma turns to Carol, a skeptical and fraudulent medium, in a bid to gain the guidance she so desperately needs. Carol, jaded by her own deceitful practices, underestimates Emma’s genuine gift. Unbeknownst to Carol, Emma’s innate abilities are potent and untamed, and her relentless attempts to harness them without proper guidance are perilously dangerous. As Emma’s pursuit intensifies, the risks mount, threatening not only the fragile connection she seeks to forge but also her own young life. Carol’s indifference could have devastating consequences, making Emma’s quest a perilous journey into the unknown.
