Synopsis: Reluctantly, 17-year-old Gretchen leaves her familiar American life behind to join her father and his new family at a remote resort in the eerie German Alps. Upon arrival, they are welcomed by her father’s unsettling boss, Mr. König, who displays an odd fixation on Gretchen’s mute half-sister, Alma. Beneath the surface of this picturesque paradise, something feels disturbingly off. Gretchen is tormented by ominous noises echoing through the night and vivid, blood-soaked visions that grow increasingly sinister.
