Synopsis: Stalking deer in the rugged, desolate reaches of the Scottish wilderness, three brothers hatch a dark plan: to end the life of their violent and abusive father, the man they hold responsible for their mother’s recent death. After burying Don in a shallow grave, they return to their farmhouse, believing they’ve finally broken free from his grip. However, what should have been a fresh start quickly spirals into a nightmare. When they realize they left behind the key to the family safe – along with their inheritance – they are forced to return to the scene of the crime. Digging through the cold earth to unearth their father’s body, they make a chilling discovery: the grave is empty. Has Don somehow survived? Does their charming, easy-going cousin know more than he’s letting on? Or is one of the brothers hiding a deadly secret? As guilt festers and fear tightens its hold, the brothers’ bond begins to unravel. With nightfall closing in and a deadly presence stalking them in the wilderness, their hope for freedom twists into a primal fight for survival.
