All Jacked Up And Full Of Worms is a 2022 body horror movie about two strangers who become addicted to hallucinogenic worms, descending into grotesque madness and violence as they embrace their primal, unhinged desires.
Synopsis: Roscoe, a washed-up janitor at a seedy love motel, trudges through a bleak existence until he stumbles upon a hidden stash of strange, hallucinogenic worms. Consuming one plunges him into mind-bending visions of a colossal, undulating worm floating above him, whispering cryptic promises of power and purpose. His descent into madness collides with Benny, a kindred drifter drawn to the worms’ twisted allure. Together, the pair spirals into a drug-fueled rampage, tearing through Chicago’s shadowy backstreets in a haze of blood, depravity, and unrelenting paranoia. As the worms tighten their grip, Roscoe and Benny’s bond mutates into a dark, violent obsession, leaving a trail of grotesque carnage while they chase the worm’s siren call toward an unthinkable end.
