Brute 1976 is a 2024 slasher horror movie set in 1976, where models on a photo shoot discover the abandoned town of Savage, only to encounter a family of ruthless masked psychopaths determined to protect their territory.
Synopsis: In 1976, Raquel and her girlfriend find themselves stranded on a desolate road when their car breaks down. Seeking help, they stumble upon an abandoned mine, and their curiosity compels them to explore its dark depths. Meanwhile, a group of photographers is in the desert capturing the spirit of Bicentennial unity with a salt-and-pepper-themed shoot. Initially featuring models Roxy and Raquel, the session spirals when Raquel doesn’t arrive, forcing the team to improvise by enlisting Sunshine, the makeup artist, as a last-minute substitute. After the photoshoot, they unwittingly discover the forsaken town of Savage, drawn by its haunting beauty and chilling reputation for violence. As they explore the ghostly streets, they are oblivious to the family of masked psychopaths lurking in the shadows, intent on protecting the town’s sinister legacy and turning their artistic endeavor into a nightmare.
