Desert Fiends is a 2024 slasher horror movie about six friends whose road trip turns into a nightmare when their car breaks down in an isolated desert, leaving them as prey to a bloodthirsty, deranged family of killers.
Synopsis: Six friends on their way to a long-awaited concert find themselves stranded in the desolate wilderness when their car breaks down, miles from civilization. As the sun sets, the barren landscape becomes eerily silent, and the group soon realizes they are not alone. A twisted, savage family emerges from the shadows, their eyes burning with madness, their hunger for blood insatiable. Unforgiving and ruthless, they’ve made the desert their home, hunting anyone unlucky enough to wander into their territory. The friends are plunged into a fight for survival, racing against time and the increasingly deranged pursuers who will stop at nothing to claim their next victims. In the suffocating isolation of the desert, trust fractures and terror builds, as each person must decide what they’re willing to sacrifice to escape.
