Synopsis: Rachel, drowning in debt and desperate for a fresh start, travels to a remote desert property she inherited, hoping to sell it and erase her past mistakes. However, her plans unravel when she uncovers horrifying legends surrounding her family’s dark past. The locals refuse to go near the property – they fear it. Soon, Rachel understands why.
