Synopsis: As the owner of Trusted Trays, a Meals on Wheels-style service, Jasper is a natural with the elderly – except when it comes to his sharp-tongued Granna. A lover of Dio’s music and wizard audiobooks, Jasper adores his grandmother, enough to make the 2.5-hour drive daily despite her endless list of chores and razor-edged remarks. Still, he holds out for a hint of the affection she reserves for her best friend, Rufus the dog. However, when a band of masked intruders breaks into her home, expecting a defenseless elderly woman, they’re in for a brutal shock. Behind Jasper’s mild-mannered exterior lies a combat-trained marksman ready to protect Granna at any cost. Snatching her hearing aids and guiding her from danger, Jasper unleashes his inner warrior, turning the cozy living room into an all-out battlefield.
