Synopsis: In 1945, as Japan struggles to recover from the devastation of World War II, a new, monstrous threat emerges off the coast of Tokyo. Koichi, a war deserter traumatized by his first encounter with Godzilla, sees the creature as a chance to redeem his past failures. Born from the horrific power of the atomic bomb, Godzilla is a force of nature, a symbol of humanity’s destructive reach. As Japan grapples with its lowest point, Koichi must confront his guilt and find a way to stop the monstrous threat, all while trying to redeem himself for his actions during the war.
