Synopsis: Jazmin takes her fearless runaway sibling, Venus, on a haunting road trip through the shadows of their Ohio hometown, where every stop is steeped in the eerie tales that have shaped their lives. Each place they visit pulses with a ghost story that echoes a queer perspective: Julian, a trans woman, conjures a spell to become her ideal self, only to unleash a dark spirit that threatens to consume her; a troubled married couple discovers a love that defies death itself, binding them in a chilling embrace beyond the grave; an up-and-coming art gallery forges paintings of a deceased artist, but the brushstrokes are stained with blood and terror; and a journalist dives deep into the mystery of a haunted Victorian mansion, where an interview with its eccentric owner unveils secrets that should have stayed buried. Together, Jazmin and Venus unravel the threads of these spectral stories, each one drawing them closer to the unknown that lurks within their own hearts.
