Synopsis
After fleeing her abusive ex-husband, a troubled mother and her seven-year-old son seek a fresh start in a remote lakeside farmhouse. Struggling to rebuild their lives, the emotional scars of their past are soon overshadowed by reports of a mysterious creature emerging from the nearby lake. As frightening encounters become more frequent, fear and uncertainty consume their fragile new beginning, forcing them to confront both an unseen supernatural threat and the lingering trauma that continues to haunt them.
