Nightshift is a 2020 supernatural horror movie about a pathologist’s assistant who becomes trapped in the morgue as the dead begin to rise – threatening her sanity and survival.
Synopsis: On her first day at the morgue, pathologist’s assistant Jessie finds herself trapped by a violent storm, the howling wind deafening against the cold, sterile walls. She’s never believed in the afterlife, but tonight, something feels wrong. Strange, unsettling noises echo through the room, faint whispers that seem to pulse from the cadavers. Each shift of the bodies, each subtle sound, claws at her reason. The lifeless forms now appear disturbingly – alive. The air grows thick with dread, and Jessie’s skepticism crumbles under the weight of a chilling thought: What if the end of days is upon her? As panic swells, she’s paralyzed by the terrifying possibility that death isn’t the final chapter. That tonight, she might meet her own end – and the dead might rise to claim her.
