Santastein is a 2023 slasher horror movie about Max, who accidentally burned Santa alive as a child. Now, he tries to resurrect him, but the creature he creates becomes a deadly force heading for the Christmas party.
Synopsis: When Max Causey was six, a simple, innocent mistake turned Christmas Eve into a nightmare: he accidentally reduced Santa Claus to a pile of ashes. The holiday magic died that night, leaving Max with a crushing guilt that consumed the next twelve years of his life. Desperate for redemption, Max, now eighteen, combines science and the supernatural to achieve the impossible – he brings Santa back. However, his joy is short-lived. The Santa he resurrected is no longer the jolly icon of his childhood but a bloodthirsty monstrosity bent on vengeance. As the creature carves a path of chaos, Max learns its next target: his best friend’s Christmas party.
