Shadow Of God is a 2025 supernatural horror movie about an elite exorcist performing an unauthorized ritual on his father, only to suspect the entity he confronts may not be evil – but a holy being, perhaps God.
Synopsis: When fellow Vatican exorcists are mysteriously killed, Father Mason Harper retreats to his childhood home, reuniting with his old friend Tanis while awaiting the Church’s next move. However, this seemingly quiet town hides sinister truths about Mason’s past and the religious sect once led by his father, Angus. Believed to be long dead, Angus reappears – changed. His unsettling demeanor leads Mason to suspect possession, not by a demonic force but something disturbingly holy. Determined to free his father, Mason performs an exorcism, only to unleash an unearthly power that threatens to ignite a biblical cataclysm. As divine and malevolent forces collide, Mason must confront the blurred line between salvation and damnation, questioning his faith and the true nature of holiness in a battle where the sacred may prove far more terrifying than the profane.
