The Beldham is a 2024 supernatural horror movie about a new mother battling a centuries-old evil within her family home, as it threatens her sanity, her life, and her newborn in terrifying ways.
Synopsis: New mom Harper, overwhelmed and exhausted, moves in with her mother, Sadie, to help renovate a decaying suburban farmhouse. Joining them are Sadie’s unsettling new boyfriend and an enigmatic live-in aide, both supposedly committed to Harper’s postpartum recovery. Yet, as strange occurrences escalate, Harper begins to suspect a dark force within the house, one that seems fixated on her vulnerable child. Driven by a need to protect her baby, Harper plunges into the secrets of the house, unveiling terrifying truths about her own existence. Shadows deepen around her as she confronts disturbing revelations about those closest to her, leaving her to wonder if the people she trusts most are allies or harbingers of a malevolent plan. The deeper she delves, the more reality itself begins to fracture, threatening to consume her and her child entirely.
