The Gates is a 2023 supernatural horror movie about a cursed Victorian prison where a condemned killer’s final act awakens a dark force, threatening to unleash demonic chaos beyond its stone walls.
Synopsis
London, 1890s. A convicted serial killer awaiting execution places a sinister curse on the prison and everyone inside it. Strange disturbances begin spreading through the cell blocks as fear takes hold among guards and inmates. Paranormal investigators are brought in to examine the growing supernatural activity as the executed man’s spirit refuses to rest. As the haunting intensifies, the prison becomes a battleground between the living and a malevolent force determined to break free. Stopping the spreading evil becomes critical before the curse turns into a gateway for something far more catastrophic.
