Synopsis: After a harrowing overdose, Kara, a heroin addict with a fractured past, returns to the support group she once abandoned, seeking redemption and a final shot at recovery. However, forgiveness is not easily given. When a new member, armed and desperate, takes the group hostage, their struggle for survival intensifies. The stakes are higher than ever: he demands they expose the sins that led them to this point. If he deems their confessions worthy, he might grant them freedom. As secrets unravel and trust shatters, the group faces a brutal test of unity. Can they overcome their personal betrayals and work together to escape the clutches of their captor?
