Synopsis: When the Marquis d’Urfé, a distinguished emissary of the King of France, is savagely attacked and left for dead in the desolate countryside, he stumbles upon an eerie, isolated manor. The reluctant family that grudgingly offers him shelter is shrouded in mystery, their behavior growing increasingly bizarre as they anxiously await the imminent return of their patriarch, Gorcha. The atmosphere in the manor is thick with tension and unspoken secrets, the air heavy with a palpable sense of dread. What begins as unsettling soon spirals into a relentless nightmare when Gorcha finally arrives – transformed into something monstrous, a twisted shadow of his former self, exuding a malevolent presence that chills the very marrow of the Marquis’ bones. The once grand estate becomes a labyrinth of terror, and the Marquis must navigate through the growing darkness to uncover the horrifying truth that binds this family and their cursed fate.
