Synopsis: Haunted by a dark past, Corey has spent fifteen years repressing the traumatic memory of the demonic Tooth Fairy that once terrorized his family. However, as disturbing nightmares and fragmented memories begin to surface, his worst fears are realized during a reunion with old friends. One by one, they are killed, their teeth extracted with chilling precision, and suspicion turns toward Corey. As the tension escalates, the horrifying truth emerges – the vengeful Tooth Fairy has returned, dragging them all back into the nightmare they thought was buried forever.
