Synopsis: An expatriate in Japan stumbles upon a chilling sight: a ghost, eerily still, seated in a chair. Seizing a lucrative opportunity, he launches an exclusive ghost tourism venture, targeting the wealthy elite. Unbeknownst to him, the spectral woman in the chair carries a sinister curse, drawing obsession and death to those who dare to gaze upon her.
