Synopsis
While staying at an exclusive island resort, a struggling writer and his wife meet a mysterious couple who draw them into a world of reckless indulgence. After a tragic accident, the resort’s hidden system of privilege and punishment is revealed—where the rich can literally buy their way out of consequence. What begins as a nightmarish brush with local law becomes a surreal descent into moral decay, as he confronts his own double and loses grip on reality. Surrounded by decadence, manipulation, and fear, he must decide whether to escape the island or surrender to the violent new identity it’s created for him.
