Synopsis
Liz and Malcolm escape to a remote cabin for their anniversary, hoping for quiet and reconnection. When Malcolm abruptly leaves for the city, Liz is left alone as the property’s oppressive silence fractures into thuds, whispers, and inexplicable signs that someone—or something—wants her attention. The cabin’s past presses in: rooms feel wrong, keepsakes appear where they shouldn’t, and a presence begins steering Liz toward secrets long kept out of sight. With no phone comfort and night closing around the treeline, Liz must piece together what happened on these grounds and why it refuses to stay buried. The longer she remains, the clearer it becomes: the cabin keeps what it wants—and it wants her.
