Synopsis
When elderly matriarch Edna vanishes from her remote country home, her daughter Kay and granddaughter Sam search the crumbling property for answers. Signs of Edna’s confusion and worsening dementia linger in every room, hinting at a decline that goes beyond simple forgetfulness. Days later, Edna suddenly reappears, unable—or unwilling—to explain where she has been. Kay grows wary of her mother’s erratic shifts in mood and memory, while Sam clings to the hope of restoring their bond. As Edna’s behavior becomes violent and the house itself seems to warp and decay, the family realizes a sinister force may be consuming her from within, threatening to destroy them all.
